Coffee.
KALADI BROTHERS COFFEE
also uses the Sivetz Fresh Air Roaster.
This is a unique
roasting system that scientifically roasts the coffee beans by exact
temperature on a bed of hot air. Other roasters simply roast beans in a
hot drum, roasting by amount of time, not by specific temperature. Drum
roasting can produce bitter compounds and off tastes in coffee.
