Shipping - Information

Since our inception in the year 2000 we've handled holiday shipping with expediency and have delivered to thousands of satisfied customers.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home.

Upgrades to Express & 2nd Day Air are available - please indicate your preference on the checkout form and we will send a Shipping upgrade estimate via email.

We charge only the difference of our standard shipping and what it costs to get your package to you.

- if not, we will notify you with an estimated ship date.

A shipping notification will be sent when your order ships.

**Standard Shipping / Continental US ONLY (packages under 2lbs. ship FREE to Alaska & Hawaii)

**SHIPMENTS TO APO Addresses, ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO will have a shipping surcharge of only the additional cost to get the package to these areas if the package is over 3lbs.

**You may request an estimated surcharge via email if you live in these areas and are unsure of the package weight. (Generally orders of tea & small wares require no additional Shipping Surcharge).

Upgrades are available to FedEx/UPS Overnight/2nd Day Air

We generally ship USPS Priority Mail on packages 3 lbs. & under. Larger, heavier packages will ship FED EX, UPS or Parcel Post.

International Shipping

International shipping rates vary greatly depending on weight & destination. If you live in a country that is listed on the Order Checkout Form and can process your order, you will be billed the difference of the standard shipping charges and the total of the International Shipping Rates to your country. If you are interested in finding out before you order what the shipping charges may be, email us with the items & the quantities & we will give an estimate of what those charges would be.

If your country is not listed on the Order Checkout Form, we then handle international shipping on a case by case basis. If there are items that you are interested in please email us with the items & the quantities & we will set up a special shipping transaction for the specific order. These rates are based on United States Postal Service International shipping rates: http://ircalc.usps.gov/ with a differential being determined on standard shipping charges (Shipping Rates) and the weight & destination of the order.
