Classic Un-Seasoned Rice WineVinegar!

Naturally fermented - perfect in Asian cooking!

• Use MARUKAN Vinegar for:
• 
  
  Sweet Soy Dipping Sauce
• 
  For Seared AHI TUNA, Sushi or Steamed Dumplings
• 
  1 tsp chopped fresh garlic
  1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
• 
  1 tsp brown sugar
   ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
• 
  1 TBS Rice Wine vinegar
• 
  ¼ cup Sweet Soy sauce (Kecap manis)
• 
  ¼ cup soy sauce
  juice of ½ lime
  Mix well & chill – will last several weeks well covered in fridge

Red Curry Aioli
This is a great dipping sauce for chilled or fried shrimp, spring rolls or fresh vegetables
1 TBS Thai Red Curry Paste
 2 TBS Thai Red Chili sauce (Ma Ploy)
¼ tsp chopped fresh garlic
2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
juice of ½ lime
1 cup mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise together well with a whisk
Mix this well into mayonnaise & chill – will last several weeks well covered in fridge
